To avoid oil separation, we add a tiny amount of hydrogenated soybean oil to our peanut butter for a smooth, ready-to-spread texture.
For our other nut butters, we use just 0.6% emulsifier to keep oil separation minimal. If any separation occurs, simply stir it in and refrigerate the jar to maintain a smooth consistency!
