Ingredients
- 4g matcha powder (ceremonial grade recommended)
- 35g hot water (approximately 175°F / 80°C)
- Whipped cream (for pistachio cold foam)
- Milk of your choice (for pistachio cold foam and latte base)
- Beeza's Pistachio Butter (for cold foam, glass rim, and glass walls)
- Pistachios, crushed
- Ice
- Optional: Additional matcha powder for garnish

Method
- Make your matcha: Add 4g of matcha powder into a bowl and add 35g of hot water. Whisk vigorously until you reach a frothy consistency.
- Make your pistachio cold foam: In a separate container, add whipping cream, milk and a generous dollop of Beeza's Pistachio Butter. Whisk or blend until you achieve a light, fluffy cold foam.
- Crush some pistachios: Take some pistachios crush them with love! whether it be roughly chopped or finely crushed, it's up to you!
- Garnish the glass: Take your serving glass and coat the rim with Beeza's Pistachio Butter. Then dip the butter coated rim into your crushed pistachios to create a beautiful garnished edge.
- Infuse the glass: Add some pistachio butter around the inside walls of the glass to infuse its amazing flavor into the milk.
- Assemble the latte: Add ice to your prepared glass and fill with milk of your choice.
- Add matcha: Pour your whisked matcha over the fresh milk (gently).
- Top with cold foam: To finish, top the latte with your indulgent pistachio cold foam.
- Garnish and enjoy: For a final garnish, sprinkle a little more matcha powder on top, and a few more crushed pistachios! Stir gently, and get ready to enjoy your fancy Double Pistachio Matcha Latte!
